Notice of Tax Rate Change – Effective April 1, 2026
Effective April 1, 2026, the Alberta Tourism Levy will increase from 4% to 6% as mandated by provincial regulation. As a result, the total taxes and fees applied to accommodations will increase to 17.66%.
Taxes and fees are subject to change without notice.

Accommodations Cancellation Policy Reservations must be cancelled by 4:00p.m. Mountain Time, 48 hours prior to arrival date to avoid cancellation fees. Should the reservation be cancelled within 48 hours of arrival, the guest will be charged one night room and tax.
